Le 17 novembre 2017, je suis arriv\u00e9 au Royaume-Uni et le 09 f\u00e9vrier 2018, j’ai remis mes lettres de cr\u00e9ance \u00e0 Sa Majest\u00e9 la Reine Elizabeth II faisant de moi le troisi\u00e8me Ambassadeur Extraordinaire et Pl\u00e9nipotentiaire de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord avec r\u00e9sidence \u00e0 Londres.<\/p>\n\n

En prenant la t\u00eate de cette repr\u00e9sentation diplomatique avec le mandat du Professeur Alpha Cond\u00e9, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e, ma mission, comme celle de mes pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs, est de poursuivre, d’am\u00e9liorer et de diversifier les relations de tous ordres entre le Royaume-Uni et la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n

Notre pays a eu le 02 octobre 2018, 60 ans d’ind\u00e9pendance avec une histoire politique riche. L’un des jalons importants de sa longue marche politique, est la v\u00e9ritable ouverture d\u00e9mocratique en 2010 avec une \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle compos\u00e9e de plusieurs candidats sous l’observation de la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n\n

Depuis lors, un nouveau mode d’administration du pays a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, autrement dit, une nouvelle gouvernance politique, \u00e9conomique, financi\u00e8re et sociale a \u00e9merg\u00e9 avec d’importants d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever.<\/p>\n\n

Dans cette dynamique, notre diplomatie joue son r\u00f4le en combinant judicieusement les int\u00e9r\u00eats politiques et \u00e9conomiques avec les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement du pays dans un cadre de partenariat public-priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n

A cet \u00e9gard, le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord reste un partenaire de d\u00e9veloppement s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n

Nombreuses sont les initiatives et actions de d\u00e9veloppement conjointes prises et en cours de r\u00e9alisation avec ce partenaire.<\/p>\n\n

Des entreprises britanniques \u00e9voluent en Guin\u00e9e dans le secteur minier et la communaut\u00e9 financi\u00e8re britannique s’int\u00e9resse au financement de certains de nos domaines prioritaires de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n

Des visites de haut niveau entre les deux pays sont enregistr\u00e9es, faisant du contact de personne \u00e0 personne un facilitateur de la gestion des relations bilat\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n

Un autre int\u00e9r\u00eat, et non des moindres, de notre mission diplomatique est d’impliquer notre importante diaspora guin\u00e9enne dans les efforts de d\u00e9veloppement du pays dans une unit\u00e9 d’action.<\/p>\n\n
