C\u2019est pourquoi la nouvelle de la d\u00e9gradation du pont sur la nationale n\u20703 \u00e0 Sambayah (Coyah) a laiss\u00e9 place \u00e0 plusieurs commentaires dont les plus excessifs contre elle.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Le pont de Sambayah dans Coyah, qui m\u00e8ne vers #For\u00e9cariah, dans un \u00e9tat d\u00e9sastreux. Si rien n\u2019est fait, les usagers risquent gros.\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"1170\" height=\"662\" src=\"https:\/\/geo.dailymotion.com\/player.html?video=x94vymc&amp;\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>De ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, mon avis a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 par plusieurs personnes et par certains m\u00e9dias de notre pays. Apr\u00e8s ma visite du terrain, dimanche 1er septembre 2024, je livre ce qui suit:<\/p>\n<p>\u2606 La d\u00e9gradation sur ce pont est limit\u00e9e sur une partie de la dalle de compression. Elle ne serait pas alarmante, si elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9e \u00e0 sa phase pr\u00e9coce quelques mois avant;<\/p>\n<p>\u2606 Aucun d\u00e9faut structurel originel li\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception, ni \u00e0 la construction de cet ouvrage n\u2019explique la d\u00e9fectuosit\u00e9 apparue. Si c\u2019\u00e9tait le cas, lors de la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019actuelle route, un test de r\u00e9sistance aurait ordonn\u00e9 sa d\u00e9molition et son remplacement par un autre ouvrage plus solide \u00e0 sa place;<\/p>\n<p>\u2606 Les passages r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s ni des engins miniers, ni de la plupart d\u2019autres engins lourds neufs et r\u00e9glementaires ne sont les causes r\u00e9elles de cette d\u00e9gradation. L\u2019\u00e9cartement axial entre celles-ci est de 2,15 m, avec une \u00e9paisseur de 0.3 m et une hauteur \u00e0 nu de 0.8 m pour chaque poutre. Elles sont toutes solides et droites.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>C\u2019est sur ces poutres qu\u2019une dalle discontinue de compression d\u2019\u00e9paisseur globale de 0,30 m repose et qui a pour objet de permettre le passage des v\u00e9hicules et les pi\u00e9tons. C\u2019est une partie de cette dalle de roulement, c\u00f4t\u00e9 For\u00e9cariah qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Comment est ce qu\u2019on est arriv\u00e9 l\u00e0 et quel est le degr\u00e9 de cette d\u00e9gradation \u00e0 ce jour ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"265319\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mon avis, la cause quasi certaine de ce mal serait le stationnement d\u2019un poids lourd \u00e0 cet endroit pr\u00e9cis pour des raisons de pannes qui auraient n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un cric vers la zone axiale de la dalle de ce pont, c\u00f4t\u00e9 For\u00e9cariah. En d\u00e9chargeant des dizaines de tonnes provenant du camion \u00e0 travers une surface de la plaque d\u2019assise d\u2019environ 15 cm \u00d7 15 cm de cet outil sur cette partie de la dalle de compression de ce pont. C\u2019est en bas de cette partie de la dalle que l\u2019effef n\u00e9gatif appara\u00eet le plus. On appelle techniquement cette contrainte, le poin\u00e7onnement.<br \/>\n\u00c0 la surface de la dalle, au d\u00e9part, on a d\u00fb voir un petit trou qui a grossis au fur et \u00e0 mesure du.passage des autres engins lourds, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la rupture.<\/p>\n<p>A ce stade, cette d\u00e9gradation n\u2019entame nullement la stabilit\u00e9 structurelle ni des appuis, ni des poutres sur lesquelles cette cette dalle repose, gr\u00e2ce surtout \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr \u00e0 l\u2019intervention rapide et efficace du service en charge de remettre cet ouvrage en bon \u00e9tat de fonctionnement.
